Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape the future of product innovation in Global Supplier Services. You will translate customer and business needs into a clear roadmap, guide end-to-end product launches, and measure impact to improve performance at scale.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk/Compliance, and Operations to deliver roadmap commitments on time and with high quality, while maintaining a strong customer focus and practical governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, and value management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication across Product, Tech, Ops, and Control partners.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear PRDs/user stories with acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
• Experience prioritizing roadmaps using data, KPIs/OKRs, customer insights, cost-to-deliver, and risk considerations.
• High analytical fluency with dashboards and experimentation concepts.
• Ability to define operating models, workflows, and governance for cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer empathy with experience interviewing users, usability testing, and synthesis of feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Manages discovery and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns and develops the product backlog aligned with strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds a framework to track key success metrics like cost, features, reliability.
• Leverages AI to accelerate research and analysis while validating outputs.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk/Compliance, and Operations.
• Defines and owns product requirements and ensures they are testable.
• Drives prioritization decisions based on customer impact, business value, and risk.
• Creates documentation and alignment artifacts to reduce rework.
• Plans launches/rollouts and coordinates enablement and post-release monitoring.
