The position reports to the Regional Executive and requires deep Dallas-area community knowledge, extensive relationship-building, and strong leadership to execute end-to-end philanthropy programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program development, implementation, strategy, or policy experience.
• Deep knowledge of economic inclusion focusing on financial health, housing, small business.
• Understanding of the Dallas–Fort Worth area nonprofit ecosystem.
• Ability to design and implement programs strategically.
• Experience with grantmaking and evaluating nonprofit capacity.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop market strategies aligned with CR priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with government, philanthropic, business, and nonprofit leaders.
• Monitor trends that impact market strategies and philanthropic activities.
• Lead cross-CR partner engagement and internal coordination.
• Oversee grantmaking from concept to close with partners.
• Manage budgets and assess grant portfolio risks.
• Capture insights and design evaluation activities to amplify impact.
