Job summary

Condé Nast, a global media leader headquartered in New York, seeks a Vice President of People Operations to shape strategy, workforce planning, and HR technology across markets. You will lead a matrixed team, drive global service delivery, and oversee payroll modernization while advancing AI-enabled HR initiatives.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Technology and market leadership to deliver integrated, compliant, and scalable employee experiences across a multi-market organization.

Qualifications

• Approximately 12-15+ years of progressive HR experience leading global operations.
• Significant leadership of shared services, HR operations, and governance at scale.
• Strong Workday expertise and an integrated HR technology roadmap.
• Experience with People data governance, workforce reporting and analytics.
• Proven track record applying AI/tools in HR processes with governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally connected People Operations function with consistent services.
• Develop a global operating model, service catalogue, and governance.
• Advance HR technology, including Workday, and AI-enabled employee experience.
• Build dashboards and analytics to inform workforce decisions and compliance.
• Standardize processes, improve controls, and reduce friction with local flexibility.
• Oversee payroll modernization across 12 markets and vendor partnerships.
