Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Raritan, New Jersey, is recruiting for a Vice President, Global Medical Affairs, Solid Tumors. This office-based role leads strategy and delivery of the medical and scientific value proposition worldwide to improve patient outcomes.

You will report to the Oncology GMA VP and partner with global R&D, regional medical affairs, and GCSO to shape evidence generation, communications, and differentiation for investigational and marketed products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and delivery of the Solid Tumor medical and scientific value proposition worldwide to improve patient outcomes.
• Report to the Vice President of Oncology Global Medical Affairs and work with global R&D, GCSO and regional medical affairs teams.
• Design overarching strategic and tactical plans to grow the solid tumor oncology portfolio.
• Develop and execute worldwide evidence generation programs and scientific communications.
• Build and lead a high-functioning Global Medical Affairs Solid Tumor team and foster collaboration across the organization.
• Prepare for the launch of new assets over the next years.
