General Responsibilities

The candidate will serve as a Global Markets Front Office Sales and Trading Project Manager, responsible for specific deliverables within global/regional/Line of Business initiatives. Reporting to a regional program lead, the role involves coordinating resources to deliver new processes, procedures, controls, and technology.

Core Responsibilities
Business Process Re-engineering and Development
  • Assess existing processes and develop recommendations for improvement, leading implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for scalable innovations supported by platforms or capabilities.
  • Simplify complex processes and promote consistency.
  • Maintain industry networks to stay informed on market trends.
Support Partner Coordination
  • Lead cross-functional engagement with support partners such as Operations, Technology, Risk, and Finance.
  • Contribute solutions within the broader business team.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities relevant to core processes.
Project Administration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategy and delivery.
  • Define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Manage budgets and develop project plans.
  • Oversee documentation, risk management, and communication.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in Front Office Business Management, Change, Project Management, or Consulting.
  • Ability to prioritize problems and create impactful roadmaps.
  • Strong organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
