Job summary

Shopfully is seeking a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead its global FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership to shape strategy, allocate capital, and drive profitable growth across markets.

As a finance transformation leader, you will champion automation, AI-enabled analytics, and scalable planning platforms, building a high-performing, globally distributed FP&A team and delivering timely insights

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including enterprise FP&A in global tech/SaaS/high-growth environments.
• Proven track record leading global planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic finance initiatives.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and Boards to influence strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of capital allocation, financial modeling, and value creation.
• Experience driving finance transformation, including modern planning platforms, automation, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Exceptional leadership building and developing global teams.
• Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills translating complex financials into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead global budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and enterprise performance management.
• Partner with CFO and executives to shape strategy and capital allocation decisions.
• Deliver actionable financial insights guiding investments, pricing, and growth.
• Support Board reporting, executive presentations, and investor communications.
• Build an integrated planning process across regions and business units.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for timely visibility into business health.
• Lead scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and financial modeling.
• Champion modern planning platforms, automation, and AI-enabled analytics.
