Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii is seeking a senior Brand Marketing leader to champion the global brand strategy and oversee creative development, content strategy across web, social, email, and paid media.

You will guide media planning, brand campaigns, and cross-functional teams, measure program effectiveness, and collaborate with agencies and freelancers to drive growth and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel Industry Management or related field.
• 10+ years of related industry experience in brand or direct marketing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Photoshop and InDesign knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CCO to champion the global brand strategy and lead development and execution of brand, media, and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee creative development and content strategy across web, social, email, and paid media; media planning and brand campaigns.
• Manage brand tools, systems, and intranet; oversee media asset management and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and monitor metrics measuring program effectiveness, and support product development initiatives.
• Coordinate with external partners such as agencies and freelancers.
