Job summary

Thales seeks a Vice President for the North America GetSAT group in Virginia. You will provide strategic sales leadership, drive business development, and ensure integration of technical expertise to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction in the North American market.

The role requires a strong background in satellite communications, extensive regulatory knowledge, and a willingness to travel. This is a hybrid position based in Virginia with ITAR/EAR compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or minimum of 15 years of experience in equivalent positions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record in sales strategy, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Extensive understanding of the satellite communication field, including key players, products, and technology.
• Strong background in technical support within the satellite communication industry.
• Willingness to travel and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Position Summary

Thales is seeking a Vice President for our North America GetSAT group in Virginia. In this role, you will provide strategic sales leadership, drive business development efforts, and ensure seamless integration of technical expertise to achieve revenue targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and facilitate growth within the North American market.

Regulatory Compliance Requirements

Must be a U.S. Person as defined in applicable law, or otherwise authorized or eligible for authorization, to access to hardware, software, technology or technical data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Key Areas of Responsibility

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between

Total Target Cash (TTC) 155,850.00 - 341,764.50 USD Annual
