Market Access Technologies and Services (MATS) is an evolution and re-structuring of the Market Access capabilities IQVIA has operated in recent years under the name “Contract & Revenue Management (C&RM)”. The team offers comprehensive market access support, including four client delivery units:
The primary responsibility of the GM is to impact client success, drive profitability, and grow the business, which currently generates approximately $60M in revenue. The goal is to expand this to over $100M by diversifying the client base and service methods, as well as leading technological innovations to enhance margins.
In addition to standard GM responsibilities, the role involves direct client engagement to build transformative partnerships, improve key business levers, and develop collaborations with third parties to enhance value and impact. The GM will also shape and lead the tech-enablement strategy of the business.

The estimated annual base pay range is $254,100 - $471,900, with actual offers varying based on qualifications, location, and other factors. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may be provided.
