The General Manager for our Contract Sales practice will have primary responsibility for the client impact, profitability, and growth of inside sales and field sales outsourcing; business is today roughly $160M in revenues. The GM will be responsible for maintaining and growing business revenue, diversifying the client base, and driving analytic-enablement innovations and efficiencies for margin expansion and opportunities across Healthcare Provider (HCP) Activation capabilities.

In addition to standard GM responsibilities such as financial and team management, sales & marketing strategies, the role is client-facing, focusing on building transformative client partnerships to improve their critical business levers. The GM will also build collaborations with third parties to enhance our value proposition and impact at clients, and shape the analytic-enablement strategy of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving top-line sales to meet revenue and TCV targets
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
  • Partnering with other business lines to offer integrated solutions
  • Using analytics to support therapy expertise and delivery
  • Developing new offerings to maintain industry leadership
  • Leading client presentations and ensuring delivery success and satisfaction

Driving bottom-line profitability involves managing expenses, supporting operational efficiency, and implementing cost-saving initiatives like Lean.

Managing the practice includes owning P&L responsibilities, developing talent, maintaining client impact, and executing strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives. The role also involves building relationships with partners, developing thought leadership, and expanding capabilities through technology and strategic partnerships.

The potential base pay range is $211,700 - $589,700 annually. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, location, and other factors. Additional incentives and benefits may be offered.
