Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role, managing teams and client-facing projects.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical promotions industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory environments.
• Deep experience with Figma or other design-related tools, ensuring collaboration between design and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor front-end developers, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and design.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications and project plans.
• Oversee the creation of HTML emails and banner ads that are compliant with industry standards and high in quality.
• Ensure on-time delivery across multiple client engagements within scope and budget.
• Partner with UX, Creative, QA, and DevOps to deliver cohesive digital campaigns.
