Job summary

NewEdge Capital Group in the United States seeks a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A team, partnering with the CFO and senior leaders to deliver detailed financial analysis for growth and investor reporting.

The role can be based in Pittsburgh, New York City, or Stamford, CT, with 3–4 days per week in the office. Candidates should have 10+ years in FP&A, an MBA preferred, and strong modeling and capital structure experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years FP&A with executive and board exposure.
• Hands-on leader experienced in managing FP&A processes and staff.
• Expertise in three-statement modeling, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Capital structure management and lender relationship experience.
• Proven ability to present financial results and strategic recommendations to executives and boards.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with BI/FP&A tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the FP&A team with mentoring.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management/board reporting.
• Drive strategic analysis and ad-hoc research to inform decisions.
• Manage capital structure to align with objectives.
• Lead lender engagements and ensure credit-agreement compliance.
• Oversee data warehouse buildout and data improvements.
• Collaborate with accounting for data integrity.
• Partner with CFO and exec team on KPI development and performance reporting.
