Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years in finance with 5+ years in leadership in tech/software/gaming.
• Proficiency with BI tools and automation to optimize FP&A processes.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday and Looker is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support corporate objectives and growth.
• Collaborate with exec leadership to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability.
• Lead and mentor FP&A team and foster high performance.
• Partner with product, marketing, and operations to assess financial impacts of initiatives.
• Provide financial modeling to support business cases for new projects/investments.
• Prepare and present financial reports to executives and board.
