Job summary

Park Capital Search is seeking a VP, FP&A for a hands-on leadership role at a private equity–backed operator in the leisure and entertainment sector. You will personally build and refine financial models, partner with investors and site leaders, and translate operational detail into decision-ready insights.

The role requires deep FP&A experience (15+ years), multi-site operations, and excellence in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in PE-backed or closely scrutinized environments.
• Hands-on financial modeling and deep quantitative analysis required.
• Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP systems and planning tools.
• Experience partnering with investors and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models driving labor, Opex and COGS decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of 3–5 analysts, setting high standards.
• Act as primary finance contact for institutional investor and senior leaders.
• Analyze cost drivers, labor trends, and operating expense across sites.
• Partner with site leaders to understand drivers and validate spend.
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting and forecasting with rigor.
• Leverage systems/tools to improve speed and repeatability of analysis.
• Bring extensive FP&A experience to independent complex analyses.
