Job summary

JPMorganChase, within the Offers & Shopping Finance team of Consumer & Community Banking, seeks a Vice President of Financial Analysis to partner with senior leaders, drive FP&A processes, and deliver actionable insights for growth.

This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, risk management, and process improvements, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions across the Offers & Shopping business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a subject of a technical nature.
• 6+ years of work experience in Financial Services with a background in Finance, Business Management, Planning & Analysis, Accounting/Controller or similar fields.
• Experience with developing business cases
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Drive FP&A for the Offers & Shopping business, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, aligning with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities and risks and recommend actionable strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
• Develop and present executive-level materials with clear financial insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate and implement new business opportunities using market research and financial modeling.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, providing updates to leadership for data-driven decisions and improvement.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement to maximize revenue and financial performance.
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with risk, audit, and control functions.
• Represent the Offers & Shopping Finance team in cross-business forums and strategic projects.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
