Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 7+ years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and ability to present complex issues clearly

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with real estate and finance teams to synthesize location commitments
• Produce efficiency analytics and strategy reports on location strategy and reporting
• Develop performance metrics and senior management presentations
• Partner with finance teams to drive expense efficiency programs
• Design new reports and dashboards to communicate financial results to senior management
• Enhance controls and streamline processes through automation
