Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with CECL accounting standard for credit losses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure with high-quality deliverables.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidation of allowance and credit costs across Consumer and Wholesale lines and contribute to executive-level presentations.
• Create and maintain documentation and controls for firmwide allowance deliverables.
• Write commentary explaining drivers for internal management reports, including credit costs outlook.
• Collaborate with FESA to understand scenario narratives and macroeconomic forecasts.
• Support delivery of Firmwide Credit Cost budget and forecast, including net charge-offs.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results to provide actionable insights to the Risk CFO.
• Contribute to CECL scenario weights assessment and governance framework alignment with auditors and regulators.
• Identify areas for improvement and apply best practices in the firmwide allowance process and governance framework.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders across the firm including Investor Relations, SEC Reporting, Loss Forecasting, Controllers, Firmwide Economic Scenarios & Analytics (FESA), Lines of Business, and colleagues within Risk Management & Compliance.
