Job summary

The Well is seeking a Vice President of Financial Sales – Investment Management to lead high-velocity sales across the United States. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a clear runway to regional leadership within a few years.

You will work with provided leads on a collaborative, open-office sales floor, backed by national brand marketing, and receive hands-on coaching from day one. Top earnings begin year three and can rise dramatically.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a competitive, quota-driven sales environment.
• Experience in financial services (investment management, banking, etc).
• Comfort with a high-volume, activity-driven sales cycle.
• Resilience and money-motivation; able to perform through slow stretches.
• Series 65 or 66 license (or willingness to obtain by first day of work).

Responsibilities

• Close opportunities with provided leads, with no cold prospecting.
• Work on a high-energy, collaborative sales floor.
• Progress to Regional VP in 2–4 years.
• Receive hands-on coaching and mentorship from day one.
