Qualifications

• 7–11 years’ experience in Restructuring or Leveraged Finance or M&A.
• Proven deal execution experience in Financial Restructuring, Leveraged Finance or M&A.
• Develop and review financial models; proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution on creditor- and debtor-side restructuring, liability management, capital markets and distressed M&A.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations and client pitches.
• Coordinate due diligence, lead and execute transactions, and build client relationships.
