JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Banks seeks a Vice President to manage client relationships, drive business development, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver banking solutions across corporate finance, investment banking, credit, payments, asset management, and securities services.

You will lead client meetings, develop financial models, analyze industry trends, mentor junior bankers, and collaborate with deal teams to execute across diverse banking

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• Broad understanding of core banking products.
• Strong skills in corporate finance, financial analysis, and credit assessment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
• Must possess or obtain FINRA Series 79, Series 63, and SIE licenses within three months.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and prepare materials on strategic opportunities, capital markets, capital structure, and business operations.
• Participate in all aspects of client engagement from marketing to transaction execution.
• Coordinate with internal divisions including Investment Banking Coverage, Capital Markets, Payments, Security Services, and Asset Management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess regulatory capital health, debt capacity, M&A impact, and capital structure effects.
• Conduct industry research and analyze comparable companies and transactions.
• Collaborate with deal team members and partners across J.P. Morgan LOBs to ensure successful transactions.
• Assist senior bankers with client management, idea generation, and business initiatives.
• Mentor junior bankers and provide guidance to enhance team performance.
