Scale Up Search is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead its core finance function within a fast-growing premium spirits brand in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, and proven experience in the alcoholic beverages industry. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role.
• Prior experience within the alcoholic drinks/beverage industry is a must.
• Strong background in manufacturing finance and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the monthly close process for accurate financial reporting.
• Partner closely with production and supply chain for cost efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and automate finance operations.

Skills

Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/GAAP)

Commercially minded with influencing ability

Detail-oriented with analytical skills

Comfortable in a fast-paced business

Excellent communication and leadership capabilities

Education

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
