As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will manage existing Schwab clients, providing wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time, you’ll grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning referrals. If you hold your securities license, enjoy teamwork, and share our passion for client service - this role is for you.

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license
  • Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance during your tenure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to build strong relationships, foster trust, and deepen client engagement through effective communication, exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to leverage Schwab’s team of specialists, advice guidelines, market knowledge, and inspire clients toward their financial goals.
  • Openness to managing comprehensive wealth solutions including Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
  • Adaptability to market and business changes.
  • Passion for community engagement and discussing market conditions, sound investing principles, and personalized wealth strategies.
  • Dedication to delivering an outstanding investor experience and advancing your professional growth in Wealth Management.

All employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the NMLS system and stay in good standing, including completing the SAFE Act background check and registration.
