Job summary

Stellar Industrial Supply in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial planning, performance management, and business partnering that enable data-driven decisions as the company grows organically and through acquisitions. You will translate operational performance into forecasts, insights, and strategic recommendations for disciplined execution.

Working closely with executive leadership and the Controller, you’ll lead enterprise FP&A, reporting, and finance

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in FP&A or finance leadership roles.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Strong communication with executive leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide performance analytics and reporting for exec team.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and other functions on profitability.
• Support mergers and acquisitions with operating models and synergies.
• Drive finance transformation and process improvements.
