• Ability to communicate economic value of options and secure investments from senior leadership.
• Experience with monthly/quarterly/annual results, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex analyses for decision making.
• Proven ability to apply AI in finance responsibly and effectively.

• Build strategic partnerships across the organization to align priorities and drive action.
• Lead a high-performing business finance team supporting John Zink's organization and partner with broader finance and accounting groups.
• Apply insights from various industries to shape vision and strategy and originate new ideas.
• Articulate business objectives, insights, and market drivers clearly to stakeholders.
• Drive PBM frameworks, economic tools, and key metrics (EVA, NPV, ROIC) to improve decisions.
• Develop economic models and AI-enabled decision-support processes to shorten cycles.
• Promote integrated teamwork by linking leaders to drivers of performance.
• Provide economic leadership to accelerate decisions, inform strategy, and enable prioritization.
• Use AI in daily work for drafting, synthesis, modeling, and executive communication with governance in mind.
• Model and accelerate AI adoption with leadership, sharing wins and ensuring data foundations and MDM readiness.
