Job summary

John Zink, a Koch Engineered Solutions business, is seeking an EHS & Facilities Manager to lead the development and execution of our Tulsa campus facilities strategy, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

You will oversee a facilities and maintenance team, partner with Operations, Project Management, EH&S and other stakeholders to align priorities, drive capital projects, and deliver long-term value for the business while enhancing the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence safety culture and drive risk-based decision making across employees, contractors, and business partners.
• Experience leading facilities, maintenance, engineering, operations support, or similar functions in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Experience managing operating and capital investments.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate priorities, solve problems, and execute projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term facilities strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead campus improvement, modernization, and infrastructure investment initiatives.
• Communicate facility priorities, project progress, and investment opportunities to business leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve site performance, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead a facilities and maintenance team with coaching and clear accountability.
• Identify and mitigate facility-related risks impacting people, operations, or the environment.
• Provide oversight for facility-related capital projects from planning through execution.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
