You will drive advanced analytics, KPI visibility, and data-driven decision making to fuel organic and acquisitive growth initiatives.

VP, Finance – Industrial Distribution & Services- Private Equity Growth

Our client is an established commercial/industrial distribution and services company and is a dominant regional leader in the Eastern US. Under private equity ownership, aggressive new growth initiatives have been launched and a senior financial executive is required to help build out the foundational platform to allow the business to grow the next level and beyond, reporting to the CEO.

You will be working to an ambitious growth strategy, through both organic and acquisitive means, and be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level working as a valued member of the executive team. You will oversee a lean and well-motivated team operating across multiple locations with responsibility for the finance, accounting, and administrative functions.

This is a true “roll up your sleeves” environment, with multiple locations where you will wear multiple hats and contribute on a significant level in operational direction. You will also focus on upgrading reporting and visibility into all areas of the business, with an emphasis on advanced analytics and data-driven decision making.
