Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in Business Management, Chief Operating Office, Product, or related business support functions.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business operations, or financial performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across a broad range of functions and stakeholder groups.
• Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to define and execute strategic priorities across multiple teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement business strategies, strategic initiatives, and new platforms while aligning business and support functions.
• Drive initiatives focused on improving business performance, expense management, and resource utilization.
• Identify, escalation, and help mitigate business risks, including regulatory, legal, operational, and capacity-related risks.
• Analyze financial performance and expenses to identify productivity opportunities and support implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business, Operations, and Technology teams to define future workflows and support implementation of technology and infrastructure initiatives.
• Collaborate with external service providers and infrastructure partners to support business objectives.
• Represent the business in internal and external working groups and governance forums.
• Support senior management through business planning, strategic analysis, and coordination of key initiatives.
• Deliver reporting, analysis, and recommendations that support business performance and decision-making.
