Job summary

Atlantic Group in New York invites a finance leader to own international finance and accounting operations across multiple entities, reporting to the Controller. The role is highly visible and offers the opportunity to shape international financial processes, improve controls, and support the firm’s global growth.

You will manage month‑end close, consolidations, statutory reporting, and intercompany activity, while coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of finance and accounting operations across multiple international entities, including financial reporting, month-end close, consolidations, and statutory reporting.
• Work closely with the Controller and senior leadership on global financial reporting, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Oversee relationships with external accounting firms, auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers across international markets.
• Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing coordination, banking relationships, and other international finance activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, improve reporting, and implement more efficient systems and controls.
• Partner with US and international teams to support the firm's continued growth and evolving business needs.
