Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (JD, MPP, MPH, MBA) highly preferred.
• 15+ years of federal government affairs or healthcare policy experience.
• Experience working with Congress and federal agencies and senior executives.
• Proven record influencing complex healthcare legislation.
• Experience managing external lobbying firms and coalitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive federal government affairs strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Influence federal legislation and regulation related to drug pricing, reimbursement, FDA frameworks.
• Build relationships with Members of Congress, staff, agencies, White House, and executives.
• Lead policy briefing materials, white papers, and data to support positions.
• Oversee BioMarinPAC governance and external lobbying relationships.
