Job summary

Enterprise seeks a senior AVP to lead the federal supply-side housing policy and advocacy agenda. You will drive strategy on LIHTC, New Markets Tax Credits, CRA, and housing finance, coordinating across teams and external partners.

You will supervise staff, manage lobbying efforts, and shape communications and research to support advocacy at the federal level. Hybrid DC-based role with extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of housing and community development policies (LIHTC, CRA, housing finance).
• Experience in federal policy development and advocacy.
• Strong leadership, strategy, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of federal supply-side policy & advocacy agenda.
• Lobby on statutory and regulatory policy priorities with federal branches.
• Coordinate policy work across organizations and with external partners.
• Develop internal/external communications and research content for advocacy.
