Job summary

Kroll’s Expert Services practice provides valuation, economic consulting, forensic accounting, and related services to attorneys and companies involved in litigation. The team develops expert reports, supports expert opinions, and delivers client-ready presentations and publications.

The role emphasizes managing engagement teams, developing methodologies, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines, with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
• Licenses or certifications such as CFA, CPA, ASA, ABV, or CVA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including valuation disputes/damages analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff to ensure engagement execution within established timeframes.
• Guide attorneys on key economic, financial, and business issues.
• Develop and evaluate valuation analyses and damage calculations.
