Market Logic Software is seeking a VP Expert Services to lead a global consulting function, drive commercial transformation, and accelerate enterprise adoption of our AI-powered platform. You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to embed consulting across the lifecycle and ensure profitable bookings and margin expansion.

You will build a high-performance global team, monetize advisory services, and govern delivery with scalable portfolios and pricing.

Qualifications

• Led revenue-generating professional services or transformation teams in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Monetized advisory services and built scalable consulting portfolios.
• Experience selling multi-stakeholder transformation programs and value-based engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own Expert Services bookings, revenue and gross margin.
• Lead a global consulting organization across North America & EMEA.
• Embed Expert Services into top-tier account plans with value realization.
