Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology, software engineering, or related disciplines with leadership
• Experience owning end-to-end technology capabilities or major transformation domains
• Success in federated or matrixed enterprises
• Broad tech background spanning modern application development, APIs, data, cloud, architecture
• Strong understanding of generative AI and AI-assisted engineering
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams and managing strategic partners
• Experience in Risk, Security, Compliance, Audit and control environments

Responsibilities

• Own the future-state technology capability for Expense Management across expense planning, forecasting, actuals, allocations, spend transparency, management insights, and related workflows
• Reimagine expense workflows using data, analytics, automation, and AI to reduce manual effort, improve transparency, identify drivers and anomalies, and accelerate management action
• Lead outcome teams addressing capabilities such as expense planning, expense analytics, allocation and driver transparency, vendor/spend insights, and workflow automation
• Ensure Expense capabilities integrate effectively with Planning & Projections, Performance Management, Financial Modeling, and NEXUS
• Own the target-state technology strategy and roadmap for the domain, including application, integration, data, analytics, AI, automation, and engineering implications
• Promote systems thinking with considerations across workflows, data, architecture, security, controls and operations
• Maintain strong standards for engineering quality, scalability, resiliency, responsible AI, observability, production readiness, and technical sustainability
