Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc is seeking a Vice President to lead ERP and Digital Manufacturing Solutions. You will define and execute global ERP strategy, oversee SAP/ERP operations, and drive AI-enabled manufacturing initiatives across enterprise platforms.

This role partners with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Commercial leadership to enable scalable growth and regulatory compliance. The position requires senior leadership in global ERP environments, deep SAP expertise, and a track record

Qualifications

Minimum 15+ years in ERP, enterprise apps, or digital transformation
Extensive leadership experience in global tech organizations
Experience with SAP ERP platforms including S/4HANA and integrations
Background in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/life sciences)
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication

Responsibilities

Define global ERP and Digital Manufacturing strategy aligned with business priorities
Lead SAP/ERP organization: transformation, delivery, governance, architecture
Own strategy for MES, SCADA, OT, and digital manufacturing platforms
Lead software engineering teams for enterprise apps, cloud platforms, and integrations
Establish Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD and quality practices
Drive modernization using cloud, microservices, APIs, and scalable engineering
Build and mentor high-performing global teams
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize end-to-end processes
Lead SAP S/4HANA modernization and master data governance
Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory alignment across systems
Communicate progress and roadmap to executives
