Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on equity-linked derivatives transactions (delta one and non-delta one).
• Draft, negotiate and execute transaction documents.
• Identify and elevate issues to senior legal leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate legal, regulatory and reputational risks.
• Instruct and manage external counsel as needed
