Job summary

Welch's seeks a senior technology executive to shape and execute the company's technology strategy, enabling enterprise growth and digital transformation. Reporting to the CFO, this role balances internal capability with managed services and drives measurable business outcomes.

Based at Welch's headquarters in Waltham, MA, the VP will lead governance with Finance, HR, Operations, Commercial, and the EPMO while delivering a multi-year technology roadmap and prioritized investments.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience across enterprise apps, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Experience leading tech organizations in manufacturing, consumer products, or distribution.
Proven ERP-enabled transformation and finance/operations partnership.
Experience managing blended internal and outsourced operating models.

Responsibilities

Lead IT Center of Excellence and set priorities across four towers (apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data/AI).
Own operating model, budget, workforce plan, and managed-services strategy.
Partner with CFO and executive team on enterprise technology decisions.
Identify opportunities where technology and data accelerate growth and productivity.
Govern cybersecurity, continuity, service performance, and vendor accountability.
Develop multi-year technology roadmap aligned to strategic priorities.
Sponsor transformation initiatives requiring cross-functional change management.
