Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Vice President, Data Enablement and AI Data Readiness to define and deliver the enterprise data strategy across governance and AI-ready data products. You will drive modernization of data architecture, platforms, metadata and lineage while partnering with AI and analytics teams to enable scalable, trusted data products.

The role requires executive leadership to align divisions and regions, and to deliver measurable improvements in data trust, quality and value.

Qualifications

Minimum of 20 years' experience in data management and governance, including leadership of senior directors/managers.
Experience owning enterprise data governance at scale including policy, stewardship, data quality and controls.
Track record transforming data assets into FAIR, trusted data products and partnering with analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver a multiyear enterprise data strategy integrating governance and AI-ready data products.
Build alignment across divisions, regions and functions around a shared data strategy and roadmap.
Lead governance, quality, metadata, lineage and privacy practices across data domains.
Manage four directors and their teams, driving a high-performance culture.
