Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing technology solutions.
• Experience designing and building cloud-native applications; familiarity with cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
• Knowledge of Generative AI capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise data management technologies (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with global teams across time zones and countries.
• Understanding of architectural design patterns (Event Driven Architecture, SOA, Microservices, DDD, Layered Design).
• TOGAF knowledge and governance of architecture processes.

Responsibilities

• Create target state vision and business architecture strategies; facilitate IT delivery roadmap.
• Lead cross-domain solution architectures and articulate impacts on applications, data, and technology.
• Identify modernization, convergence, and optimization opportunities; propose technology options.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership, platform architects, and product strategy to develop domain roadmaps.
• Stay current with finance and IT trends; recommend appropriate developments.
• Define and promote a risk-control culture while delivering architectural vision.
• Monitor regulations and internal policies affecting Architecture Practices.
• Resolve blockers and coordinate with Cloud, DevOps, Data, and other teams.
