Triumvirate Environmental, based in Somerville, MA, seeks a Vice President, Business Applications to lead enterprise applications strategy and partner with executive Business Process Owners including the COO, CFO, CHRO, CMO, and CIO. The role reports to the CIO and will be onsite for 90 days before shifting to a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise applications or IT leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years leading enterprise application teams and initiatives.
• Strong experience with Oracle and ERP/CRM platforms.
• Proven track record partnering with executive leaders.
• Ability to develop roadmaps, governance, and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and Business Process Leaders (BPLs).
• Drive scalable technology solutions aligned to operational and business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and process standardization.
• Support reliable enterprise application operations and enhancement delivery.
• Collaborate across IT, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
