Deep Fission is a nuclear technology company developing a deep borehole pressurized water reactor for clean energy. The candidate will lead the engineering organization and drive the program from concept to commercial deployment, building scalable processes and a high-performance technical team.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering execution across NSSS and surface power conversion, partnering with regulatory affairs on NRC/DOE licensing, and overseeing vendors and fabrication

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience, including Director-level leadership.
• Background in complex regulated hardware like nuclear, aerospace, or LNG.
