This is a full-time, onsite role located in [Location].This role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about innovation, operational excellence, and transforming the future of modular construction.**What You’ll Do*** Develop and execute the company’s modular construction engineering strategy aligned with overall business objectives.* Provide strategic leadership and guidance to internal teams and external project partners.* Lead the architectural and engineering design process from concept through project completion.* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative and efficient modular design solutions that maximize functionality and aesthetics.* Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure projects meet or exceed industry benchmarks.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design and engineering processes.* Lead sustainability initiatives by integrating eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and sustainable building practices into project designs.* Stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and innovations within modular construction and engineering.* Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of architects, engineers, and design professionals.* Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project execution.* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver customized modular construction solutions that exceed expectations.* Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans to support successful project outcomes.* Lead performance management, coaching, and development activities for engineering and design teams.* Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Who You Are*** 10+ years of experience managing complex construction projects from design through construction administration.* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.* Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.* Extensive experience leading architectural or engineering teams within modular construction or prefabricated building environments preferred.* Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.* Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and green building certifications such as LEED or WELL.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.* Demonstrated leadership abilities including team development, coaching, and conflict resolution.* Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Eligibility to work in the United States.* Ability to maintain regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance.**What You’ll Get**Zekelman Industries offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including low-cost, high-quality medical and dental benefits.
