Job summary

Southwest Search LLC is conducting a confidential search for a VP of Employee & Labor Relations to lead HR strategy across the Americas for a large, global organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced VP or a strong HR Director ready to take the next step in their career.

The role requires extensive HR leadership in a unionized environment, first-chair union contract negotiation, and experience supporting operations in South America.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR leadership experience in a large, unionized organization.
• First-chair union contract negotiation experience, including economic and financial modeling.
• Experience supporting operations in South America.
• Experience leveraging people analytics to improve engagement, retention, and workforce performance.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or other operationally intensive industries is desirable.
