Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a self-motivated VP of Sales to pursue defined contribution plan opportunities in the Mid-Market segment. The role focuses on prospecting, managing and winning business within a designated territory, partnering with colleagues and consultants to build sponsor relationships.

You will lead sales efforts, develop pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to expand Schwab services while achieving regional activity goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; postgraduate or certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and sell to retirement plan prospects with emphasis on Emerging Market ($10m-$150m) plans.
• Develop and manage sales opportunity pipeline.
• Play lead role in managing the sales process for all assigned opportunities.
• Provide all required and requested documentation for active opportunities.
• Maintain current and accurate data in Salesforce and provide updates to Sales management.
