The leader owns the program charter, success metrics, business case realization, and enterprise roadmap, ensuring alignment between vendor capabilities, system integrator delivery, and FME operational outcomes. Value Realization & Business Case Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end business case, including financial model, investment thesis, and benefit tracking

  • Ensure vendor commitments are translated into operationally viable workflows and outcomes
  • Challenge vendor designs to avoid over‑customization and protect upgradability
  • Align SI‑led architecture/design work with enterprise standards and business priorities

  • Bridge gaps between:
    • Vendor standard capabilities
    • Clinical/operational requirements
    • Federated regional variations
  • Drive workflow standardization at scale (2,700+ clinics) while respecting necessary variation
Cross-Functional Leadership
