Job summary

Savvas Learning Company is seeking a Senior Product Leader to drive the literacy portfolio including K-12 Literacy, Supplemental, Assessment & Intervention. You’ll collaborate with Product Management/Marketing, Creative Design/UX, and Product Technology to develop innovative models meeting teachers' and students' needs.

You will lead strategy, planning, budgeting, and development across literacy projects, managing authors, internal teams, and external partners to align with the product vision.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in curriculum or instructional materials development.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Reading, Literacy, Elementary or Secondary Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall product development leadership for the Literacy portfolio.
• Drive product strategy, planning, budgeting, and development for literacy projects.
• Lead editorial team through all stages of product development and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
