Role Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and management of junior staff and the editorial department.
2. Hands-on editing and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
3. Developing and implementing editorial strategies aligned with the agency's business objectives and growth initiatives.
4. Driving innovation and guiding change management initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of experience in a medical communications agency, preferably in medical education or medical affairs.
2. Previous supervisory or management experience.
3. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Life Sciences.
