Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Senior Operations leader to direct and oversee all Distribution Center operations in the market, with a focus on safety, efficiency and profitability. You will negotiate CBAs, drive strategic plans, and coordinate shipping, receiving, transportation, purchasing and sales across multiple DCs.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, labor relations, budgeting, and leading a team of managers and day warehouse staff to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• DOT regulations, OSHA, HAACP knowledge requested.
• Experience with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements.
• Strong hiring, interviewing and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the overall operations and site management of the Distribution Centers (DCs).
• Negotiates and administers collective bargaining agreements.
• Implements procedures to ensure safe, efficient, service-oriented, and profitable operations.
• Develops and executes long-term operations objectives aligned with business goals.
• Plans and directs DC activities across shipping, receiving, transportation, purchasing and sales.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety programs across the DCs.
• Leads management to drive productivity and customer service improvements.
