Job summary

SwagUp, part of BDA, seeks a Divisional Vice President of Digital Product Management & Technology based in Woodinville, WA, to lead product strategy and digital capabilities across multiple business lines. This executive role partners with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to drive revenue growth, platform health, and customer value.

The DVP will establish a clear digital vision, govern an integrated portfolio, and build a scalable, AI-enabled UX ecosystem.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in digital product management, technology, or related field.
Proven success defining and executing digital strategies in growth organizations.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams for strategy, delivery, and support.

Responsibilities

Define and lead strategy, vision, and roadmap for digital products and experiences.
Build a customer-first digital ecosystem to grow and differentiate the company.
Lead a multidisciplinary org spanning product, UX, and digital services.
Translate insights into priorities and measurable outcomes for the portfolio.
Oversee full lifecycle from discovery to adoption and improvement.
Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences.
Shape AI-enabled UX systems to accelerate design and delivery.
Collaborate with Sales to shape digital solutions and respond to RFPs.
