VP, Infrastructure & Technology Operations

A rapidly scaling healthcare technology organization is seeking a VP, Infrastructure & Technology Operations to lead the next phase of enterprise technology growth and transformation.

Reporting directly to the CIO, this executive will oversee Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Networking, Workplace Technology, Identity & Access Management, Collaboration Services, and Infrastructure Architecture across a global environment supporting continued business expansion.

This role is designed for a leader who has successfully scaled technology organizations through significant growth and increasing complexity. The organization is looking for someone who can evolve and optimize an established cloud-first technology environment, support international expansion and acquisitions, drive AI-enabled automation, and ensure technology operations remain ahead of the business as it continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year infrastructure and operations strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Scale technology operations to support increasing organizational complexity, global expansion, and future acquisitions.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled operations, and modern platform engineering practices.
• Improve resilience, disaster recovery, operational maturity, and service reliability.
• Optimize cloud governance, operational efficiency, platform scalability, and technology spend.
