Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. invites a Vice President to lead the Global Financial Crimes Compliance team focused on Digital Asset Intelligence Operations. You will detect, investigate, and mitigate ML/TF risks across fiat and digital assets, partnering with risk, technology, and legal to design innovative detection approaches.

You will coach a high-performing team, drive investigations, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to strengthen controls and regulatory readiness across global markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in financial crime investigations, incl. SARs; 3 years in digital assets investigations or compliance.
• Proven leadership and team development experience with investigators.
• Strong project management delivering scalable processes and typologies.
• Deep knowledge of banking AML typologies and regulatory requirements (OFAC, FinCEN).

Responsibilities

• Coach and upskill the team on on-chain and off-chain risk typologies and investigative best practices.
• Produce reporting on trends, risk drivers, and recommended mitigations for leaders.
• Collaborate with data/tech teams to design detection tools for fiat and digital assets.
• Lead complex blockchain investigations using analytics tools and traditional AML platforms.
• Drive global process improvements, case triage, and alert tuning to scale operations.
